Performance Hyperbarics Portable Chamber Extended Warranty
All Performance Hyperbarics Chambers include a one year warranty, from the date of purchase, for parts and labor against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Shipping charges (if applicable) are additional.
Extended warranties for both the single bag (Ultra-Lite) and double bag (Flexi-Lite) models of portable hyperbaric chambers are available within 30 days from date of equipment purchase, up to an additional 24 months commercial use and up to an additional 48 months for non-commercial use.
Non-Commercial Use:
- Additional 12 Months (Total 24 Months) = $299.00
- Additional 24 Months (Total 36 Months) = $499.00
- Additional 36 Months (Total 48 Months) = $699.00
- Additional 48 Months (Total 60 Months) = $899.00
Commercial Use:
- Additional 12 Months (Total 24 Months) = $399.00
- Additional 24 Months (Total 36 Months) = $599.00
-Extended warranty rates are in addition to (and not included in) equipment purchase prices unless specifically stated otherwise on your system quotation.
-Non-commercial rates apply to an end user purchasing the system for home and/or personal use. A prescription is required for Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber purchases.
-Commercial rates apply to physicians, hospitals, clinics, research and wellness centers.
